The problem
Tracking food shouldn’t take longer than eating it.
Every other tracker asks you to search, scan, scroll, and tap your way through ten million entries. By the time you’ve logged a sandwich, the sandwich is cold.
- Search a 10-million-item food database45s
- Scroll, pick the right brand, confirm the portion20s
- Switch units. Grams? Cups? Servings?15s
80 seconds per meal. You ate it in thirty.
The solution
One tap.
One sentence.
Done.
Speak
Tap the mic. Say what you ate, how much you weigh, or the workout you just finished. Everyday language, your own way.
See
Calsay transcribes, recognizes the food, looks up the nutrition data and computes calories and macros — all in under two seconds.
Confirm
Glance at what was logged. If it nailed it, swipe on. If a portion is off, edit one number. That’s the whole interaction.
“Two eggs and black coffee.”
“I weigh 72 kg today.”
“20-minute run.”
What it does
Built for the way you actually talk about food.
Speak any way you want
Order a coffee, narrate a recipe, ramble through a workout. Calsay parses casual, messy, real-world speech — not just menu items.
Meals, weight, workouts — one mic
Log a snack, your morning weigh-in, or a forty-minute run with the same gesture. One button, three logbooks.
Apple Health & Google Fit ready
Macros, calories burned and weight flow into your existing health timeline. Calsay reads your activity rings too, so manual workouts aren’t double-counted.
Streaks that aren’t a guilt trip
A daily ring you can fill in three sentences. Miss a day? Pick up where you left off — no badges, no nagging push notifications.
Your voice never leaves the moment
Audio is transcribed and immediately discarded. We keep the text of your log, never the recording. Your kitchen monologue stays in the kitchen.
FAQ
Common questions.
Does it work offline?
Logging requires a connection — voice transcription and nutrition lookup happen in the cloud, both within a couple of seconds. Your history is cached locally and visible offline.
What languages does it understand?
The app understands speech in most major languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and more. The website is available in English, Spanish, French and German.
Do you keep my voice recordings?
No. Audio is transcribed and immediately discarded. We store the text of your log so you can edit it later, but never the recording itself.
How much does it cost?
Calsay is free to try. A subscription unlocks unlimited logging, weight and workout tracking, and Apple Health / Google Fit sync. Pricing is shown in-app at launch.
What if it doesn’t recognize a food?
Calsay shows you exactly how it parsed your sentence. You can edit any item, tweak the portion, or add a custom food in two taps — and it learns from your corrections.
iOS or Android?
Both. Calsay launches on iPhone first, with Android arriving shortly after. Sign in with the same account to keep your history in sync.
